REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is to bring a little bit of joy into your life with our products and we hope that you will be delighted when you receive your new items. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and let us know how we can help…we want to make it right!

We're happy to offer an exchange or a refund, upon request, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. There are just a few conditions that we require, and we’ll go over them below...

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of an issue, if you would like to request an exchange or a refund.

  • Please be sure to return your items no later than 14 days after receiving your return shipping label.

  • All returned merchandise must not be used, worn (except to try on, of course), stained, washed, altered, or damaged, and must be in new condition, just as you received it.

After contacting us with your refund or exchange request, we will generate a return shipping label and email it to you. Once we receive your return item and inspect it, we will issue a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

MISPRINTED, MISLABELED, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products. All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped out. However, if an item was misprinted, mislabeled, damaged, or defective, and it was accidentally missed by our quality control, we sincerely apologize and take full responsibility!

We're happy to send out a replacement product, if your item arrives misprinted, mislabeled, damaged or defective. There are just a few conditions that we require, and we'll go over them below...

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue.

  • Please provide us with your order number and a detailed description of the problem.

  • Please email us quality photos of the problem, so we can see it clearly.

Once we are able verify the issue, we will be happy to reship a replacement product for you.
