Account Info

You can create an account by clicking on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of our website. This will bring you to the Login page. Scroll down until you see the following: "New customer? - Create an account." Click on the "Create an account" link. This will bring you to the Register page. Fill in the provided fields and check to be sure that all your information is correct. Then, click on the "Create Account" button and you're all set.

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. However, we do recommend it. If you have an account, it will allow you to save and edit your shipping and billing info, view your order history, track your packages, and checkout faster.

You can change your password by clicking on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of our website. This will bring you to the Login page. Scroll down until you see the following link: "Forgot Password?" Click on that link and it will bring you to the Recover Password page. Enter your email address in the provided field and then click on the "Recover" button. We will then email you a temporary password that you can log into your account with. Once you are logged into your account with the temporary password, you should change your password to one that you are more familiar with.

You can update your shipping address by clicking on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of our website. This will bring you to the Login page. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the "Login" button. This will bring you to your "Account" page. Scroll down until you see the "View Addresses" link and click on it. This will bring you to your "Addresses" page. Here you can edit your address by clicking on the "Edit" button, entering in your new address information, and then clicking on the "Update Address" button, at the bottom of the page.

Sizing, Fit, & Care

We carry many different brands of clothing, so sizing for each product will vary. We have included a "Size Chart" link, on every product page. Once you click on the link, it will provide sizing information for that specific product. Keep in mind that other products will have different sizing, so it's important to check the "Size Chart" for each product.

We understand that the style and fit of a product is very important to our customers. We have included this information in the product description on every product page.

We have listed care instructions on every product page, for your convenience. All our apparel has the same care instructions, and they are as follows:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Meta Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa. You can also view the payment methods we accept in the footer, at the bottom of every page.

We do not store your credit card information on our website. We do not have access to that information. We use multiple credit card processors, and you can elect to store your credit card information with them, but it is never stored on our website.

Orders

We will email you a tracking link when your order ships. You can check the status of your shipment through that link. If you have an account with us, you can also track your order the following way: log into your account, view your order history, click on the order you wish to track, and the tracking number will be provided for you.

If an order has not been sent to fulfillment and you would like to change or cancel your order, you may do so upon request. Please note that changes to orders may result in a longer fulfillment time than originally estimated. We apologize, but once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We hope you understand.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, only. We may ship to other countries in the near future.

All our products ship from the United States.

We offer free shipping on all our products. Yay!

Returns

We understand that sometimes, things just don't work out. We get it! If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, please contact us and let us know your exchange requests. We are happy to exchange the product for you, as long as you please follow the instructions regarding exchanges on our Returns page HERE.

TIP: Before placing an order, if you're unsure which size would fit best, please view the "Size Chart," located on each product page. There are also color swatches on each product page that you can click through to see how each design will look on different colored products.
