We ship to and from the United States, and all of our products ship for free! It's a good day! :)


We currently ship to the United States, only. We may ship to other countries in the near future.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. All orders are shipped from the United States.

Orders must be shipped to a physical address; we are not able to ship orders to a P.O. Box. We’re sorry for this inconvenience.


We offer free shipping on all our products! Yay!


Live estimated delivery dates are provided on each product page. You can view these dates before making your purchase. On average, most orders take 2-5 business days to fulfill. Once an order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped out. Shipping times depend on your location but are usually estimated between 3-4 business days. Estimated delivery details will also be provided in your order confirmation email.

Please Note: An estimated delivery date is just an estimate, not a guarantee. There are many reasons why an order may arrive past its estimated delivery date, such as, but not limited to…products being out of stock, failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions. Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each and every order.


We will email you a tracking link when your order ships. You can check the status of your shipment through that link. If you created an account with us, you can also track your order the following way: log into your account, view your order history, click on the order you wish to track, and the tracking number will be provided for you.


You can update your shipping address by clicking on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of our website. This will bring you to the Login page. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the "Login" button. This will bring you to your "Account" page. Scroll down until you see the "View Addresses" link and click on it. This will bring you to your "Addresses" page. Here you can edit your address by clicking on the "Edit" button, entering in your new address information, and then clicking on the "Update Address" button, at the bottom of the page.

Please Note: If you have already placed an order on our website and you need to change the shipping address for that specific order, you may only do so if the order has not been sent to fulfillment. Unfortunately, once an order has been fulfilled, you cannot change the shipping address.


If a carrier is not able to deliver your order because of an incorrect address, or if the package was unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. We will hold onto your package for 28 days. If you would like to us to reship your order, you will need to contact us within those 28 days. At that time, we will confirm your correct address, and then we will go ahead and reship your package.


If for some reason your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, it’s possible that your order was delayed, delivered to the wrong address, or got lost in transit. 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbor's house in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's house, please contact us HERE, within 14 days of your estimated delivery date, and we'll look into it for you. If your package was indeed lost in transit, we will ship you a replacement order.
